Siddharth G J
Siddharth is a banker by profession with more than 12 years of experience in the world of trade finance. After passing out from a special school to regular school he completed his graduation in Commerce and went on to do his masters in Economics from Loyola College Chennai.
Professionally, he is a Certified Documentary Credit Specialist from Institute of Financial Services, UK and has been awarded multiple certificates in the domain of Trade Finance, KYC (Know Your Customer) norms and Anti Money Laundering from Indian institute of Banking and Finance. He also holds Logistics and Supply Chain management and International financial management certifications from International Academy for Certification and Training (IACT Global)
16 years of experience across the FMCG/ IT Technology solutions and the Talent Services Industry.
Experience in building markets/organizations, being a change agent, and being an effective partner with key customers, internal company stakeholders along with providing financial oversight for the business.

V R Ferose
V. R. Ferose is the founder and Managing Trustee of the India Inclusion Foundation, a registered non-profit under 80G in the year 2016. Ferose started the India Inclusion Summit in 2012 with the aim of bringing the topic of inclusion to the forefront in India. He is a Senior Vice President of Globalization Services at SAP SE and is based out of Cupertino, California. Before heading Globalization Services, Ferose was the Managing Director of SAP Labs India. Starting at the age of 33, he held this post for over 5 years during which he transformed SAP Labs India into an innovation hub. In 2012, the company was recognized as one of the “Great place to work” in India. Ferose is a Trustee at Autism Research Trust, which supports research at the Autism Research Centre, Cambridge University. He is a Director on the Board of Specialist People Foundation, a not-for-profit foundation with the goal to create one million jobs for people with autism and similar challenges. He is a board member of Going to School, a non-profit based out of New Delhi. He is on the advisory board of Seat of the Soul Institute, dedicated to creating authentic power. Ferose has co-authored a best-seller book on people with disabilities, GIFTED. He is a much sought after speaker and lectures at Columbia University. Ferose was honored as a ‘Young Global Leader’ in March 2012 by the World Economic Forum. In a study published by Economic Times and Spencer Stuart, Ferose was selected one of the leaders in ‘India’s Top 40 under 40’ – 2014. He was inducted into the Happiness Hall of Fame, Stanford in 2016
Pankajam Sridevi is Managing Director of ANZ Bengaluru Hub, leading a team of more than 7,000 staff in Technology and Operations.
Pankajam is leading the Technology and Operations teams to support the key global initiatives of the bank. She is instrumental in making the adoption of Robotics Process Automation successful across ANZ’s functional groups and countries.
Pankajam has been at the forefront of leading the diversity and inclusion agenda in ANZ through her steadfast focus on increasing the hiring of women and people with disabilities.
She is a recipient of Exemplary Women Leadership Achievement Award by World Women Leadership Congress & Award (WWLCA) 2016. Under her leadership, ANZ Bengaluru Hub received the NASSCOM D&I Award for PWD inclusion in 2016 and NCPEDP-Lemon Tree Helen Keller Award in 2015 for its commitment towards promoting equal employment opportunities for persons with disabilities (PWD).
Sridhar Sundaram leads Globalization Services’ platform strategy and Go To Market, SAP. He has 11+ years of experience across domains, with over 9 years at SAP across various roles. He is the co-founder of SAP’s social initiative ‘Project Prayas’ with the Autism Society of India that provides technology based learning and communication aid to children on the Autism Spectrum.
The project currently runs across 16 centers in India. Sridhar is also the founding curator and advisory board member of India Inclusion summit – a platform aimed at advocating for the disabled. He was selected as a Global Shaper by the World Economic Forum in 2012. He has done his mechanical engineering from College of engineering Trivandrum and Masters in Management from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
Pavithra Y S
Ms. Pavithra Y S , a resident of Bangalore, India.
In June 2006, at the age of 22, she decided to start a new venture which would redefine the way philanthropy is perceived. She started Vindhya, a BPO organization in Bangalore with a mission of bringing “Business & Philanthropy” together for a successful cause.
Vindhya a socio-economic venture started by her is the India’s first & only and arguably world’s first & only for profit organization whose employee base majorly consists of people with disabilities (PWD’s) as of its production staff. Its production staff comprises mainly of physically challenged, Hearing Impaired, Visually Impaired, socially disadvantaged women & Border cases of Autistic, it also focuses on women from BPL families to complement the rest of the workforce.
Starting as a first generation entrepreneur she has been able to grow the company from 5 PWD’s to close to 1400 employees. Her vision is to employ 5000 PWD’s by 2020. Vindhya serves customers who are one of the top 3 in their respective domains.
