The Inclusion Fellowship is a first-of-its kind fellowship created by India Inclusion Summit Community and is offered to individuals working in the space of inclusion of People with Disabilities. The fellowship supports a group of upcoming entrepreneurs, artists, policy makers promoting Inclusion.
Last year, we raised funds from select members of our corporate community to support the first group of Inclusion Fellows. This year we want to reach each of you in the community to help us raise funds to support a new set of fellows. In you,the fellows will find support for their projects both as a stake holder and as a beneficiary.
I run a design studio called Gudgudee. Gudgudee, as the name suggests is about laughter and fun. We design and build fun sensory playgrounds where children of all abilities can play and learn together.
My team created an inclusive educational tool for children with visual impairment called Tactopus. It was my academic project, which has grown into a social enterprise looking to work in the assistive and inclusive technology space.

I am a co-founder of a startup called Altius Biomedical which is currently working on making Low Cost bionic limbs for upper limb amputees.
I am a physical therapist and have been working on creating a visual guide to prevent Bedsores and thereby enhance the quality of life of persons with Spinal Cord Injury.
I’m the co-founder of GiftAbled, a leading social enterprise in the space of Disability & Inclusion. The focus of our work in recent years has been around livelihood sustenance of Persons with Disability – engagement of millions of Persons with Disability productively through self-employment.
I look after operations and QA at Eye-D (a product of GingerMind Technologies Pvt. Ltd.). Eye-D devices are targeted to empower visually impaired with technology, helping them lead and independent life.
Ferose V R, currently SVP of Globalization Services at SAP, started the India Inclusion Summit in 2012 as a platform to create awareness about intellectual disability. Six years later it has evolved into an inspirational platform that brings awareness and drives inclusion of people with disabilities at Corporates, Schools, Policy making bodies, NGOs and Parent Associations.
This year the India Inclusion Summit is happening on Nov 11 and 12th at the Park Plaza in Bengaluru. On the first day we are inviting some close friends to join hands in our journey to make India Inclusive by 2030. The second day is open to all. It’s the day where we celebrate the human spirit. Achievers in the disability space from across the world will take stage and share their story with the world.

Praveen Rane has 16 years of experience across the FMCG/ IT Technology solutions and the Talent Services Industry.
V.R. Ferose is the founder and Managing Trustee of the India Inclusion Foundation. He is also the Senior Vice President of Globalization Services at SAP SE based out of Cupertino, California.
Pankajam Sridevi is Managing Director of ANZ Bengaluru Hub, leading a team of more than 7,000 staff in Technology and Operations, taking care of initiatives that increase the hiring of women and people with disabilities at ANZ.
Sridhar Sundaram leads Globalization Services’ platform strategy and Go To Market, SAP. He is the co-founder of SAP’s social initiative ‘Project Prayas’ with the Autism Society of India that provides technology based learning and communication aid to children on the Autism Spectrum.
Pavithra Y S, a resident of Bangalore started Vindhya, a BPO organization in Bangalore with a mission of employing PWDs. Currently, having around 1400 PWD employees she wants to hire 5000 employees by 2020.
