About Dr. (Major) Anuradha
Dr. (Major) Anuradha, is an Anesthetist who served in the Indian Armed Forces as an Army Medical Corps Officer for 7 years. She was recognized for her hard work and was the first lady to drive and fire from the Indian Indigenous Tank- Main Battle Tank (MBT) ARJUN. She is currently the Managing Trustee of the Aasthagram Trust, Khargone (M.P.), and has held that position since September 1998. Aasthagram Trust is an NGO working in a remote tribal district of M.P., which focuses on a theme of improving the health and education of the locals. The organization also works towards empowerment, rehabilitation, helping persons with disabilities, and improving the environment of society.
