Rahul Bajaj, a 2016 law graduate from Nagpur University is the first alumnus from disciplines across the university to be awarded the prestigious Rhodes scholarship. Rahul, who was born blind due to a “rare retinal condition called Leber’s Congenital Amaurosis” graduated from Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar College of Law, Nagpur
